This video has taken a while to edit…I am rolling up on my second week in my new program…but overall, I am done being fat. I hate it. I hate not being able to do the things I want to do like, run in a 5k without taking a week off after to recover or zip line or skydive or whatever. The amount of things I limit myself with regards to my weight are staggering.
336.2 pounds is my current weight, my first goal (no timeline) is set for sub 300 pounds. I want to get below that because I haven’t be under 300 in over 15 years. It’s going to be a hell of a ride, and a rollercoaster of emotions, including frustration and agitation.
I am up for it, I can’t keep treating my body like this. If anyone else is living this feeling right now, let me know, would love to hear from you. Working together maybe we can reach our goals!
