Scratch My Own Itch

Every product comes from a real problem I've faced as a leader, creator, or operator. If it helped me, it might help you too.

LFH Lab

LFH Lab is where my leadership experience integrates my builder mindset.

Some projects are indie—lean tools built to scratch my own itch without unnecessary bloat. Others are enterprise-scale platforms designed to solve big problems without pricing out the smaller players.

The common thread across all of them: I'm not just advising or ideating. I'm in the code, making architecture decisions, shipping features, and learning from real users. That's intentional. Staying technical keeps me sharp, keeps me credible, and keeps me connected to the craft that started my career.

The philosophy is simple: build useful things, stay close to the problems, and ship.

How I Build

01
Start With the Problem
Every product begins with a real frustration. If you haven't felt the pain yourself, it's difficult to build effectively for it!
02
Keep It Focused
Do one thing well. Feature creep kills products. I'd rather ship something simple that actually works than something complex that doesn't.
03
Ship and Learn
Perfect is the enemy of done. Get it in front of people, listen to feedback, iterate. The best insights come from real users.
