More Than the Work
Behind the titles and the products is a partner, father, and someone who believes that bringing people together matters, to break bread and spend quality time, means more than building things.
What Grounds Me
The work matters, but it's not everything. I'm a father and partner first—those roles ground everything else I do. My fiancée and I are building a life together, and that foundation shapes how I show up in every other area.
We have three kids, all in high school and beyond now, which means I'm in that stage of parenting where you're simultaneously needed and not needed at all. My oldest is in college, which is surreal. Watching her walk her own path has taught me more about leadership than any book or course ever could. You can't control outcomes for your people—you can only create the conditions for them to succeed and then trust them to do it.
Outside of work, I have a few ways I stay sane. Golf is a big one—it's where I think, decompress, and clear my head. I travel when I can, which always shifts my perspective in ways I never expected. I've been taking photos for a couple decades now and love capturing a moment or a landscape. A newer hobby of mine is woodworking—it's my time away from a screen where I'm truly hands-on and alone with my thoughts.

The Sully Memorial
A Golf Tournament Honoring My Brother Sean P. Sullivan "Sully"
Thirteen years ago, we lost someone who meant everything to the people around him—a son, husband, brother, uncle, and friend. The Sully Memorial started as a way to gather, remember, and keep his spirit alive.
What began as a small group of friends has grown into 144+ golfers coming together every August at Tapawingo National Golf Club. It's a great day of fun and competition, but the stories and memories shared that day matter more than any scorecard.
Over the years, we've raised over $150,000 for causes Sean cared about. It's how we honor him—by showing up for each other and giving back.

Giving Back
I believe in showing up for the communities that have shaped me. Whether it's through the golf tournament, mentoring emerging leaders, or supporting causes I care about, giving back is part of how I try to live.
It's not about grand gestures. It's about consistent presence — being there when it counts for the people and causes that matter.
